Accommodation
Accommodation is available at the meeting venue, the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas. The Sheraton is located on Four Mile Beach and has direct beach access. All accommodation rooms were renovated in 2016.
Accommodation is also available at the nearby QT Port Douglas. QT Port Douglas is located across Port Douglas Road from the Sheraton and does not have direct beach access.
Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas
A special meeting accommodation rate has been negotiated for delegates wishing to stay at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas. This is a “Lagoon View Run of House” rate. All accommodation rooms have views of lagoons and tropical gardens. Each is serviced daily, receives a nightly turn down and contains two double beds or one king size bed, with a spacious sitting area and separate bathroom. Rooms with two double beds are limited and are available on a request basis only.

Mirage Studio King Rooms are also available on a request basis, king bedded or twin bedded rooms, at $424.00 per room per night.
Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas also offers secluded low rise 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas. Spacious, elegant and fully serviced once daily, they are nestled in a variety of spectacular settings throughout the resort, and include full benefits of hotel facilities. All have fully appointed kitchens, private dining areas, air conditioning and balconies with views of the gardens and golf course.

Meeting accommodation rates are only available through The Events Authority booked as part of your meeting registration.
Payment for accommodation at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas can be made to The Events Authority, or directly upon checkout upon the provision of credit card details to secure your reservation.
QT Port Douglas
As an alternative to the Sheraton, QT Port Douglas offers standard hotel rooms, one bedroom and two bedroom villas (apartments). The resort is located across Port Douglas Road from the Sheraton and does not have direct beach access. A shuttle will operate from QT Port Douglas to the Sheraton and return for all meeting sessions and for the Welcome Reception.
